Would like to create my own wooden roses in order to sell at Arts and Crafts Festivals?

Hi,
I would like to make the wooden roses but I am unable to locate the materials to create them. Birch crumb, coloring the petals, patterns and the instructions. Sorry, I do not want to purchase them because the festival that I want to sell them in does not except retail purchases. Please help.
