Why don’t walmarts have craft sections anymore?
I used to love going to the craft sections at my local walmart bcus it saved me gas money from going to michael’s which was too far away! but my walmart began to remodel during the summer and they completely wiped out it’s craft section, limiting their scrapbook embellishments and stickers, taking away the fabric and sewing items! why are they doing this!!!??

I was not cost effective. The craft section in my local Wal-Mart was once one of the most profitable in the country, but it still closed because the “powers that be” only look at departments across the board.
I know of six around here in South Florida and they all still have a craft and sewing department, I bought some fabric there this past weekend.
