Where would I find a life sized baby doll?

I crochet and would like to start making clothes for babies and would like a life sized doll to try the clothes on to make sure they fit. I’ve never made baby clothes before.

Is there a brand of doll or a certain doll out there that’s life sized? I remember when I was younger my sister had a chou chou baby or something. I don’t know.

Any suggestions?
Reborns are nice, but expensive for what I want to use it for.
