Where in Vermont can I go to make a plate or a coffee mug – pottery crafts and whatnot?

I’d like to take my mom out somewhere for her birthday and I was thinking we could go somewhere to like, a pottery workshop and make our own plate or coffee mug or something. Does anyone know where a good place like this would be in Vermont? Someplace we could visit just once and not have to take a bunch of classes?

Just drive to Vermont, those places are like a McDonalds in that state…on every corner. Try Stowe, Vermont.

There are a couple places that I found by doing a google search. Here is one place that has 4 studios and also the was something in White River too. Just google search pottery to make in Vermont and you can find places. Here is the link to the one I found for you. http://www.paintpottery.net. I am from Vermont but they did not have that when I lived there 20 years ago. I only live across the lake in NY so maybe I will drive over and do this myself sometime. Have fun with your Mom. Robin
