Where do the good scented candle companies get their scents?

Craft stores don’t have the good stuff and I ordered some online that was okay, but I want the powerful triple scented candles you get from The Yankee Candle Company, Bath & Body Works, etc.
Okay, so does anyone know a company that will make strong scents for me?

   They pay chemist really well to make them artificially
