Where can I get good, girly, cheap arts and crafts supplies?

We want to decorate t-shirts and other things at my birthday party. Where can I get it CHEAP? Do you have any good ideas for other things?

   If you have a Dollar tree store near you, they have beads, foam shapes, glitter, etc. Use your imagination.
