Most fabric and craft stores don’t sell anything smaller than pre cut quilting squares. A lot of quilters sell their scraps on eBay but they’re usually not tiny. You’ll probably have to but fabric or remnants and cut them down yourself.
you could look into the fabric bin at the fabric store for pieces that you could cut yourself or purchase a roll of it called ” Jelly roll” from a quilting supply store

How tiny are you wanting?
You can have the store cut fabric as small as you want and it would be much cheaper than buying “jelly roll strips”.
1/12 yard would be 2″ x 45″. 1/12 of a yard of fabric that sells for $4 @ yard would be 34 cents.
I don’t know what you want it for, but the dollar stores sell small squares of felt; you can cut that into small pieces and you don’t have to worry about it fraying.
You don’t indicate what size you consider ‘tiny’.
Some fabric manufacturers sell fabric samples in bundles of 5″ squares, usually around 40 pieces and all different – Moda is well-known for their ‘charm packs’ and other manufacturers offer similar bundles. Also, there are many people who sell homemade assortments of fabric squares on eBay, in various sizes – 2″, 4″, and 5″ are common, but other sizes appear, too.
You can often find the manufacturers’ assortments locally in quilt shops (as well as ones they’ve created at the store), otherwise, your best bet is eBay, etsy, and other online fabric sellers. Good luck!
