The smallest set of plug in lights with white cords I’ve seen is a 35 light set. You can get battery operated white corded light sets in the wedding section of any big craft store. The are usually 10 on the cord. Just tonight, I bought a bunch at Ikea for .50 a piece. They contained 12 lights per set with clear cords.(battery operated)
