Where can i find custom made doll faces?

I am looking for a place where i can turn in a picture of a person and they can make that into a doll about the size of a barbie. Ive searched everywhere and no one makes them. please help.

    No one makes them… you could ask a one of a kind Barbie Artist to make one… but it won’t be cheap.
