Try a retirement home, or the schools, they are always looking for something like that.

In my town I donate yarn, etc. to the Women’s shelter. It gives them something else to do and think about when they are there trying to sort out their lives.

try going to the salvation army. You can also try nursing homes, or elderly communities. They love to be able to knit or crochet things. Another idea is to try your local animal hospital. They often have volunteers that crochet warm blankets for new kittens and sick animals so they feel comfortable in the hospital. Good luck!!

There are groups around the world called freecyclers. All is free. You join and can search the list if anyone is donating something you would care to have and others look at what you are posting. It works out very well for all concerned.

Go to the police station to donate it to Battered Adults Centers!! They are always in desparate need of yarns, fabrics and craft stuff.

Look for a senior center in your area. The people there are on fixed incomes and and some cannot afford to buy material would more than welcome your donation and bless you for it. Some of their incomes are less than $600.00 per month.l

Try and locate sewing clubs or yarn clubs in your area. You could also donate it to schools that have Home Economics classes.
