where can I buy liquid glycerine soap?

I am wanting to make bath gels & bubble bath. I have called 3 craft stores and looked in 3 or 4 regular stores but can’t find it anywhere!

I usually get my stuff at Michaels (& they always put a coupon in the Sunday paper). If I can’t get to Michaels, I go to Hobby Lobby (you can print a coupon from your PC).
