Where can I buy clear vinyl fabric to make a wallet?
I would like to make myself a wallet like this http://www.marthastewart.com/article/wallet-craft I went into my local Jo Ann’s and I couldn’t find any clear vinyl and I can’t order online. So where can I find clear vinyl?

A couple of years ago my friends and I used some heavy weight clear vinyl for a project and we were able to get it at walmart. Our walmart had three weights and sold it off the roll in the sewing/craft department.
I found clear vinyl table cloths when searching on Amazon.com
