Where can i buy cheap wooden doll face?

I’m just starting to make a doll. I don’t have an idea where to buy the wooden ball. I want it with a painted face. I’m looking for a 1 1/2 inch ball. I am also looking for doll wigs and just a ball or knob for the body.

   i’d look into visiting some local craft stores for those kinds of things! or even ebay…depending on what you’re looking for.
