Or do people use blank pieces of papers, holepunched, and put them in a binder?

    No rules.

You can buy drawing type books or official scrap books or just notebooks with blank pages typically from walmart and the craft store. I would suggest something with thicker paper if you plan on using liquid glues or glue anything heavy on the paper.

If you were going to use pages in a binder, I would suggest card stock paper.

Staples maybe Office Depot or CVS sometimes.

You will see what I wrote on your other question. I don’t know what state you are in. In my state we have a big craft store called Michael’s that has everything you would need. You could look in the yellow pages for craft stores and you would have a blast there with everything they have. Also, I saw some blank scrapbooks at Big Lots a few weeks ago.
