when you get a ball jointed doll WITHOUT the make- up what does that mean?
will it have eyebrows and lips at least or will it be blank? if so do you know any one in boston, ma who knows how to do a
face-up?

I know, having purchessed a head with no make up (also called a face up) that it is Blank. Thats right blank. The color of the resin only. There are lots of tutorials on you tube for do it yourself face ups. Unfortunately I don’t know of anyone back east who does face ups. It would be up to you to get on doll message boards and find someone who would do your doll for you.
