What would be a great craft idea to sell on Etsy?

I made a store on Etsy and I need some homemade craft ideas. Something that people would want to buy. I do make earrings, but those don’t really sell. Thanks! :D

Some of my favorite and best craft creations have been made out of shells. I never did think of selling them, but I think it’s a great idea. What types of crafts are you already into? Are they more products and things to sit around, or items that you could wear, such as knitted hats, scarves, mittens, etc? Like I said, I love working with an entire assortment of seashells. I got involved much more after I helped a friend make her wedding favors out of sand dollars. Have you considered making ornaments out of sand dollars like these, http://www.qualityshells.com/sand-dollar-keyhole-35.html This was actually the project that first got me going with shells. You can string pretty ribbon and lace through the top hole to make as ornaments and other decorative hangs. If you paint, you can paint landscapes or objects into the front surface of the sand dollar along with any other shell. I’ve made a few frig magnets with this assorted mix of shells, http://www.qualityshells.com/1299-snakehead-cowrie-seashells-top-cut-cup.html What’s great about working with shells is that each time to make something out of them or use them in conjunction with other items, the end result will never turn out looking the same as another. They will each be unique as each shell is unique. Maybe this is a project you can consider? Hope this helps and best of luck with your Etsy store! :)

I make boutique hair bows and pacifier clips. I also do bow holders and bow boards. Check out girlythings.com for patterns and ideas. I’ve also bought supplies for my paci clips from Etsy like the clips and the snaps. So as well as selling things you make you could also sell supplies for competitive prices. :-)
