What would be a good craft thing to make for grand kids for a Christmas present?

It doesn’t need to have a Christmas theme, but maybe something they could use year-round. Also, the ages are in the baby to 10 year old range. Thanks!

I make pillowcases for each of my grandchildren, nieces and nephews and embroider their names and something of interest to them on each side of their name in the hem area…before I hem the pillowcase. For example, one plays piano so I put a treble clef on each side of his name. You can also choose fabric that refers to their interest and just embroider their name. I also tuck some money inside.

I think a cushion is a good choice.

I think the Oriental Trading catalog is a good place to look for crafty things that are not too expensive.
