What kind of food can I sell at craft shows?

I already have a commercial kitchen that can be “loaned” to me or in other words, I have a friend who has a restaurant. I want to kind of take advantage of that. Not many people have that opportunity. Do you think candy? Or chocolate? Or carmel apples?

Caramel apples, blooming onions, funnel cakes…anything like that.

yea candy is good, but try churros. everyone loves them! funnel cakes, hot dogs, chips, cookies, little snacks that people love.

First of all balance it between sweet, salty and spice. We really don’t like to eat only one kind of food. Make sure the food is priced right, that way more people. Make sure the food is easy to eat and is not messy. And have a few drinks like cola or lemon juice because people bound to get thirsty.

    for example

    Chips-candies-milkshakes
    sandwiches- chocolates-juices

This is just an example i am sure u can think of a few more. Like i said before you have to balance out everything.

sugar cookies/short bread cookies(you can add Lavender flowers to the dough and call them tea cookies or flavor crystals in patterns)
dried soup bean mix with spice/herbs and few without.
