rip pieces of newsprint, put in blender with a quart of water. Keep ripping and pulse blending add a couple tablespoons of white glue and blend with a tsp of bleach to sterilize and lighten the mix
This is paper mache. It is pulpy and sloppy wet and sticky, water must be removed by wringing it as you sculpt it or pressing dry paper towels into it then slowly drying thoroughly

    to make paper

Rip paper towels or paper napkins and add pieces of left over wrapping tissue, this is the color of the paper like a pastel dye. Add a few drops of antibacterial soap and tbsp of white glue.
blend in quart of water, pour through an old window screen.
Using more paper towelling press and dab up the water till the pulp holds its shape. Turn it out onto paper towels to dry.
This is basic hand made paper.
