What does everyone think of a judge ruling the maker of Bratz dolls to stop making them?

Any thoughts from parents?

They’re very strange looking dolls anyway. Their heads are huge, and they’re dressed like skanks. Thank goodness they won’t be around much longer.

I don’t know much about the case, but I was surprised that they are allowed to sell them thru the holidays…

I’m not a parent..but it think Bratz are sluts. a very bad influence. little girls want to run around dressed in squat jus to me like Bratz and/or barbie. let em all burn!

  4. Andrea says:

I’m happpy there going to be gone. Barbie is going to make a comback, watch.

I don’t think that’s gonna last, because Bratz is a major franchise, and I’m sure most reasonable appeal courts would see that such a ruling is ridiculous. Obviously I think it’s a stupid ruling – you choose to buy the (slightly whorish) dolls for your kids anyway. Are they gonna stop making Grand Theft Auto games because they’re a “bad influence” (admittedly many, many people have tried however). It’s dumb.

Ohhhh, it’s a copyright issue. Whoops. Thumbs down I guess T_T.

In that case I think Mattel should subsidize MGA, that should solve everything.

i had ISD 2day n the teacher n there always reads lil news things 2 us n he said sumthin bout that n i just read bout it on google homepage. i nvr understood them, its lik theyre incouraging little girls to be bratty sluts. it would prob b a good investment 2 go out and buy 1 n keep it n the box.

Here is the latest story on it.

To sum it up…no more Bratz, ever. The molds are to be destroyed.

I have 2 daughter’s and we have never had 1 “Bratz” doll or anything Bratz in the house.

I’m very happy that I don’t have to walk in a store and see anymore Bratz stuff.

It’s not clear when the recall will be in effect.
