What crafts can I make for a church bazaar?

There is a Christmas bazaar coming up at my church (early November) and I’m trying to figure out what I can make for it. I just joined this church, so I haven’t ever seen what other people make/do. From what I hear, a lot of it is stuff that the kids can buy for presents for Christmas. The money raised goes to the church. Does anyone have ideas for something(s) I can make that A) won’t take a really long time and B) won’t break the bank! Thanks.

Ever heard of kumihimo? It is Japanese braiding. It is done on a foam disk, it is easy quick and you can make bracelets , necklaces, key tags quickly. You can add beads if you want.
try knitting some slippers I have a pattern that knits up really quickly on big needles an they look great.
Knitted hand bags on big needles are good too and young girls love them.
I have also knitted ties and belts , quick dont use a lot of wool and useful.
Knit covers for ipods and mobile phones.

If you enjoy using your creativity, why not make refrigerator magnets?

I make them myself from a lightweight clay called Fusion.
You can get it in the art section at K-Mart and Target.
But once I make one of my little figures, I glue a strip magnet on the backside of it to hang on the fridge.

The clay is very lightweight, cheap, and when it dries, it retains its color, shape, and doesn’t have crack lines in it like regular play-doh.

You will need to put it on some form of paper backing, because it will adhere to solid surfaces.
I like using wax paper for my creations to dry on. It pulls away a lot easier than regular paper.
