Craft for Food

What arts and crafts do 8 to 12 year olds like to do?

I have a classroom of 8 to 12 year old kids. I’ve never set up a classroom or activities for kids before on my own and I need ideas. Please help! Any suggestions are appreciated.

   I have a 8 year old and he loves it when the teacher turns everything to a little game(doesn’t matter how simple).The first answer is an excellent site.
   I think also origami is a good craft for older kids(google free origami patterns).
