Flea market booths have varying rates and unless you had a fair quanity to display and depending on the cost of items you’re selling, then the rental may cut deep into any profits.

What I thought about doing is having some ‘business’ cards made and leave them in small convenience stores, laundry mats, and beauty / barbor shops…basically where women would go since they would most likely be the ones who would have an interest in hand made crafts for children.
    Do you have any suggestions?

Many of the doll pattterns are soft sculpture dolls like the Foster Children Dolls and Miss Martha Original Dolls. They require a special ‘skin’ material in order to sculpt the bodies which I have found the material at Joggles.com and naturally they will be more time consuming to make than an average cloth doll.

I’ve been purchasing quite a bit of doll and stuffed animal patterns from Ebay. I also have my account set up to sell, however I really don’t wish to sell items in this manner. Recently I’ve quit my job and desire to make these doll and stuffed animal patterns. At what percentage above the cost of the materials would you recommend?
