What are some interesting arts & crafts ideas for the blind?

Question by Alessandra: What are some interesting arts & crafts ideas for the blind?
I currently volunteer for the blind association and help clients with weekly arts & crafts projects. However, we kind of are in need of some new ideas that they are capable of of creating/participating in. Some are completely blind whereas others are only partially so if any one has any interesting ideas please let me know! Thanks
It has to be something that they are able to make and take home, hang up or give to someone.
