You have supplies to make a book.
If you like to write stories you could write about you favorite day or things you like to do. Color (illustrate) pictures to help tell your story. Maybe even cut out shapes and glue them to the picture pages.

Be sure to make a cover page with the name of your book (story) and your name. The wrapping paper could be used for the book cover or to make the letters of the title.
When you get all the pages and cover made Stack them neatly and make 2 or 3 holes on one side through all the sheets, similar to the holes in notebook paper. Cut 2 or 3 pieces of pipe cleaner about 1 1/2 inches long. Taking a piece of pipe cleaner and thread it through the first group of holes. then gently twist the ends of pipe cleaner. Repeat this step 1 or 2 times depending on th number of holes you made.
My sons made books like this when they were your age. I still have them and love reading them.

You can make cards for troops fighting in Iraq. I bet they would love it too.

There are all kinds of paper crafts, from origami to pop-up cards to figures, etc., and a number of things that can be done with pipe cleaners. One thing that comes to mind with wrapping paper would be “magazine beads” too. (links below)
