all your materials should be washable products, you can have a schedule of activities, like
first 10 minutes of excersice, then a snack, the a cartoon for 30 min
then paint something with crayons or water paints, for about 15-25 minutes, then play puzzles, you can find them at the dollar store, the make the puzzle then they put it back in the box , teams of 2 are good, unless they are realy smart.

reading time, read 2 stories for them, then have them look at the books themselfs they will spend 30-45 minutes doing this, you can get books at the library, get different books every week, at least 15 book a week, so they have a good variety

then lunch time, after that play a movie, so they can take a nap, in a place you can keep an eye on them but that they are safe, no more than 45 min nap . they wake up drink something, then playdoh time (youcan buy playdo at the dollar tree for about 10-20 min, then you can talk to them, sit on a circle and find out what they like, whats bothering them, inspire them to be succesful in life, then sing songs
and this are all my ideas
