   you could hand stitch them together, either folded paper in sections to glue together or just simple stitching of a thinner book. or there are those tabs that you put through a hole and then spread out… you could punch holes and tie it with yarn.

   On crafttvweekly.com go to the tab that says Archive and scroll down there is one called Making the ABC book….It is a step by step instruction on how to make a book…It seems simple enough….
