This Week’s Spotlight Crafts (July 31 – August 6)


If it is too hot to get outside this week, help the time pass faster by doing a few crafts.

  • Sea Shell Picture Frame Craft – Kim explains how you can
    easily give old picture frames new life using sea shells and sand.
  • Finger Puppet People Craft – Use these craft instructions to make your own finger puppets that look like people.
  • Photo Tag Craft – Follow these directions and use this free printable template to create personalized photo gift tags.
  • Watermelon Craft – Make a craft that looks like a slice of watermelon using a paper plate and real watermelon seeds. A fun craft for Summer!
  • School Bus Craft – Use these directions, a small milk carton or two, and a few other supplies to create a cool school bus craft.
  • Rock Flower Craft – Discover how you can create a funky flower using a rock and a handful of pom-poms.
  • Western Centerpiece Craft – Dorothy Brons explains how she made these great cowboy-themed table centerpieces using a bottle and a few other supplies.
