Sites to sell handmade crafts using ONLY paypal? No Credit/Debit cards?

I really like Etsy, but I don’t have a credit card, or a debit card. I only have a savings card and PayPal.
I want to sell my handmade crafts and accessories.

   I got a debit card for my Paypal account. I think you have to bump up to the next higher level of usage, so they charge just a teensy bit more than the basic, but it’s not a big amount at all. But it is a true debit card that takes money from your paypal account. Don’t get it confused with their credit card. I think if you look in your account section, it should have a way to sign up to get your debit card.

   If you got that, then you could sell on Etsy, or anywhere you like.
