Please Help!!!!! what crafts can i do with these things?
Hey first of all thanks for reading my question! 
NOW: let me get to the point;
Okay, I have a LOT of little ponytail holders from my little sister so i want to make some sort of craft using them. Maybe like making a bracelet by tying the together or something like that?
Also i would like to make something using paper towel or toilet paper rolls. Any ideas here????

if the ponytail holders are thin elastic bands, then yes, bracelets would look good. may be you can even make them longer to form a belt
invent a game & use them to play it. eg instead of pick-up-sticks, you can play pick-up-bands. or what diff shapes a player can come up with using the band. each player gets a point for making something new with the band on each turn. or simplest – use as slingshots & arrange some targets to hit/throw down…
glue them in floral or other formations on greeting cards.
make a landscape using appropriately colored bands glued to the board. then frame & display on wall.
glue around the edge of a handmade photoframe & add family fotos, etc.
join together to make bookmarks & gift them along with the greeting card.
with tissues & rolls, you could make paper beads & string into jewelery.

you can make carnations & other flowers. for carnations, take a stack of tissues & draw & cut circles of diff sizes using ornamental scissors. then add a stem through the center & fluff up the layers.
similarly, draw & cut petal shapes of any flower you like & glue or tape to stem.
arrange in a vase or use to decorate gifts.
Folded paper snowflakes. You can also do angels, trees, or cut out any shapes you like.
