Need to make fake glasses that look real?

Or where could I buy some? I checked at Party America and they don’t really have what I’m looking for. It’s a long story as to why I need them, but basically what I need is square framed glasses, but with out the actual correctional glass, as my eyes don’t need glasses. I don’t want to use plastic because people may be able to tell, so I’m really stuck..
Any idea’s?
Thanks…
Please ask if you have any questions.
-I posted this in crafts because…I had no idea where else to put it.. :p
@Toryen Yeah but then what do I use to replace the glass?

  1. Toryen Ward says:

Buy some magnifying glasses and poke the lenses out.

The frames ae simple, some heavy jewelry wire twisted into the correct shape for the lenses and the ear pieces. but I’m trying to think of some clear plastic that would be clear enough to see through and fool people, or some glass.
OK, I’ve got it, the hardware store. You would buy a small sheet of glass or Plexiglas, and a glass cutter. And get some gloves. Only drawback is that the glass is extremely sharp, and I worry so close to your eyes.
Call the glasses “fashion glasses”, and get all kinds of options in the browser do a search.

these people advertise real glasses with glass in them for $7.95 + shipping. And every one of them on them on that page are rectangles. You might ask if they would put clear glass in them.
