My daughter calls them flexis as seen on tv. Not the right name. Does anyone know what the real name is?

My daughter saw a commercial on nickalodeon or the cartoon network. It is little flat plastic things that snap together and they can be used for crafts. One ofthe things mentioned was tge things that hang from doors like the beads. Does anyone know what it is called?
