Have you considered making a calendar? You can make one for the one grandma who has 4 grandkids, using 3 pictures/months for each grandchild and the one with 6 grandkids could be 2 pictures/months of each child. I know that craft stores carry calendar kits near the scrapbooking section, so you could get some nice photos of the kids, maybe dressed in costumes for October or red for February, and you can blow them up at the machines at Walmart for a relatively inexpensive price. It’s a nice personal gift that they’ll enjoy all year long. Oh, the kids could even put their handprints on the pages next to their pictures if they wanted to. Or if they’re old enough have them write something for or about Grandma. I think they’d love it

How about making her stepping stones with all the kids’ footprints on them? Just use stepping stone concrete that you can find at most craft stores or quick setting conrete that you can get at home improvement stores, poor it into an empty, clean pizza box lined with a trash bag and then lightly imprint the kids’ feet into it and write their names and the year the stepping stone is made. Let it set overnight or a day and then carefully remove the trash bag from the pizza box. Grandma can see how small her grandbabies’ feet were that year. My granny loved this.

The other thing you can do is just take them out and let them all play and have a good time and capture moments of joy with a camera, then collage them all together and put them into a really nice picture frame. My granny loved this as well.

Have you thought about a clock? I have put a couple of scrapbook style clocks that hold pictures on ebay that you are welcome to duplicate, they hang on the wall, but I think you could easily change it to sit on a desk. The website to one of them is listed below. Best of luck.
