Does anyone know what the return policy is at michael’s arts and crafts stores?

I don’t know about the stores, but their website doesn’t allow returns.
its 30 days with receipt. they need the receipt to see if you got it on sale, or used a coupon.
WHy don’t you call them up and ask them? Easy, huh!
need the reciept, and most of the time, the item has to be unopened, unless there was some flaw or breakage you found when you opened the package. Or missing parts.
I don’t know for sure…perhaps 30 days with a receipt. I would suspect it depends on if the package was opened, or if opened if it could have been used.
Okay 30 days with the reciept for cash, or at least at our local Michael’s store credit return at sale or full value. I just returned some scrapbook stuff I haven’t touched in 6 months and got a store credit. But call your local store to verify
