Make a padded covered bord with ribbons crisscrossed over it to slip the cards into. This will keep them intact, so that you can read them in the future. However, if your child grows up to be a crafty person she may find cards that were printed 50 years ago like mine where to be a real treasure trove of images. I have some of the cards that where given to my mother when I was born and I think they are wonderful. I am really glad my mom just tucked them away.

you can also make a scrapbook out of the cards. You can find plenty of baby-themed scrapbooks at any craft store, or at wal mart or target. Take each of the cards and give them 2 pages each in the scrapbook. You can arrange the book so that each time you turn a page, one side of the book has the greeting card on it, and the other side, has other baby related items that you may want to add, such as pictures, ribbon, etc.
