Take a glass candle votive or any size glass to put a candle in. Get the pretty shiny glass beads you put in flower vases (they come in a variety of colors) and glue them onto the glass candle holder. Put your candle in, light up and voila. Beautiful soft lighting , and cheaper than some fancy candle holders. Tiny necklace beads could be glued on to a night light cover to create a personal look. These also come in so many colors, bright primary, or glassy looking pastels. Good luck.

You may also consider making your own, it wouldn’t be hard and I think you would be more pleased with the results. There are tons of sites out there to help you get started making your own!
