Interventions are usually done by friends and families. Not so much professional interveners…
He must break free from the grasps of MMORPGs. Runescape used to take up a lot of my free time, and I wanted to break free but was afraid of the “lost time” that could of been spent on improving my character. But I broke free, playing it still but to a lesser extent now.
Your family and friends would have to intervene and rehab him with explanations and realizations if he can’t make realizations on his own.
It’s probably not likely, but do you know his username and password? If so, you can log on to the WoW website (www.worldofwarcraft.com) and go into the account settings and set up time allocations to allow the account to only be used at certain times. You could also change the password in these account settings too, and not let him know the new one.
If you don’t have the username and passwords, the only thing you could possibly do is what someone else mentioned before, and that is to delete all the files from the computer and break the discs.
Good luck, and I hope you are able to resolve this difficult situation.
