info please -on making a “braid”type patterned plaited cord on a circular frame with a hole in the middle?
the frame has numbered knotches around the circumference& a hole in the middle for the plaited cord to go through(weighted with a stone ) When I did it 15 years ago the frame was made of thick card..The various coloured threads were continually crossed over the frame to other numbered knotches which effected the patterns produced in the cord coming down through the hole -
-Please help me to remember the exact details of this craft as I now have more time & want to do it again & hopefully develop the skill further Thank you in advance -for your help I will be very grateful
