In an arts and crafts lesson at school, I recall making a structure of some kind but can’t remember what it
was or even the material used, except that a certain constituent part was known as a ‘channel’. Anyone know what it was?

How long have you been out of school? If it has not been too long ago and the same teacher is there go back to the school and ask the teacher to look up your record or describe it to him/her and see if you can get your answer.
