If you have A4 printing Paper you could make some origami, here is the link to a good site:

scroll down and you’ll find something good to make!
You can always do scrap booking and making cards from materials from around the house. I’ve made things from comic strips and newsprint, dried flowers, beads, different types of decorated paper without having to run to the store and spend a fortune. You’ll be amazed as to how creative you can be.
Digital photography is nice. Adding black and white photos to your work is a nice touch, provided that you have a printer to use. Decorating old picture frames with your friends photo in it makes great gifts too.
Well it depends on where you live…if you live in the country where you have trees and a backyard you can make different crafts with moss and twigs like decorating an old birdhouse. Just use a hot glue gun and desighn as you go with an assortmant of leafs ,twigs, moss, bark, and other stuff. Its really fun and each one always looks different. Birds love them! Another idea if you don’t have all of that would make different paper boxes and cards. There are tons of different patterns for paper boxes on the internet. One website that has lots of ideas is called http://www.paperandmore.com/articles/box_templates/. You can decorate the boxes with ribbons and stamps. You can use paper with different patterns and colors and make them really cute or just color the paper. They turn out really cute! And the last craft that is my favorite is making paper. It sounds really complicated but is acually quite simple. All you need is a sponge, window screening, a wood frame (like an old pic frame), a Plastic Basin/Tub, a Blender/Food Processor, White Felt or Flannel Fabric, and of course..paper! (you can use old scrap paper or paperwork that you don’t want). You can go on this website for the directions:http://www.pioneerthinking.com/makingpaper.html. Its really fun and easy. Hope you have fun
You could get everything you need to make a scrapbook from http://www.storephotos.com/. You won’t have to leave the house, and you’ll have everything in a few days. It’s a great thing to do in the summer!
You can read through the back posts, and it’s full of great links that will chew up some more time and give you a laugh or two! Should waste a couple of hours or so.
(it’s got nothing to do with Scotland, or sitting rooms, btw!)
I’ve already got 5 best answer votes from Yah!Answ readers who I’ve suggested it to, so I must be doing something right!
But if that’s not enough to keep you entertained, why not start a blog yourself?
Blogger is a popular free platform to get started on, and Blogcatalog is a bloggers forum where you can meet other bloggers, get loads of advice, and check out other blogs.
