I’m looking for a pattern to craft a tee shirt with slits in the front exposing printed fabric sewn inside.

Basically the printed fabric is sewn on the inside of the shirt. Then the shirt is cut in slits, exposing the printed colorful fabric underneath. I need to know how the construction is done. Is fusible webbing used to reinforce the fabric underneath? I’d like to buy a pattern or just get some good advice here!! Thanks! maureenemullins@yahoo.com
