If you were to make a wedding dress and tux for a doll and a stick how much would you charge?

I am working on a math project where I have to spend $1,000,000. I am throwing a wedding for the doll and the stick. I need to know how much people would charge, $$$ wise. BTW, I would supply the fabric. Also, you can charge between $100 and $10,000 each. PLEASE HELP SOON!
