Buy plain white pillowcases for the group and give each girl a different color of a permanent fabric pen. Have the girls draw/write on each others pillowcases, and then they have a souvenir from the party. You can also get a box of graham crackers and different colored icings and have the girls decorate the crackers to look like themselves in sleeping bags.

Have them macrame matching friendship bracelets. You could include one bead with a stars and/or moon that would represent the sleepover. Macrame is simple and cheap.

Little bowls of beads and elastic cording! I limited/coordinated the beads so that they had matching but different necklaces and bracelets when they were done. They loved it and it was both inexpensive, easy to plan and clean up.
How about a spa party. They can make lotions, soaps, body glitter gel, bath fizzies…even perfume! I did this for my daughter’s party and it was a ball.
