I was thinking of having a crafting party for my child’s next party…?

Well I seen that book kid concoctions and was inspired to make that a birthday party theme. I thought it would be fun to make crafts to entertain my guest any ideas?
That’s exactly what we were thinking puppets and masks. It would be much better than spending a bundle on decorations that cost way more and you just throw out. This way all the children make crafts they can take home. Oh yeah my Childs guest would really enjoy it.

My daughter had a puppy party for her last birthday. We made puppy masks and clay puppies. All the kids loved it. If you don’t have a particular theme in mind I would just get a box of craft items put them on a table and let the kids go wild. I do this at least once a week with my kids and their friends and it is messy but everyone has a good time.

Last year when my daughter who turned 8 had friends over, we did a book mark craft with the fun foam book marks and lots of goodies to decorate them. They had a blast!

Picture frames and give each child a copy of the birthday child and them to put in the frame. ( Include the gift in the picture to help you write thank you notes.) Door hangers are a fun item too! Key chains and necklaces from beads are really fun too. The craft is a great keepsake.

I have to say I found the reply by ‘I did your mum! ‘ particularly offensive. You have your party and enjoy. Kids love nothing more than a good craft session.

I used to do craft parties for kids. I did painted t-shirts. I would supply lg. size white tee’s, and the water based paint,
and here’s the best part the kids used q-tip to paint with I poured a small amount into cups down the middle of a table and put 4-6 q-tips in each, (rule was NO MIXING!). The kids did really good. I would go around and help each kid. I also would supply a painted shirt with the birthday kid’s name on it
as a gift from me. The kids LOVED it, and it was not expensive when you come right down to it.
Whatever you decide to have the kids do, remember they need to have fun doing it, and you would not believe how neat
the kids can be when you ask them to be careful.
    Hope this helps.
