homemade crafts, lol…..u need to put those on actions for like lifetime to sell 1 no offence, those thing do niot sell, lol
I know alot of people who make things are having a hard time selling on e-Bay. You should check out http://www.etsy.com/…it is a site with nothing but hand crafted things, and art. People are saying good things about it! It is fairly new, but seems very well organized. You can even choose a color, and have every craft on site that matches that color come up!
i hate to be discouraging, but have you seen ebay they have like ten million versions of jus about everything ya can imagine i’m thinkin the ebay train is over before it begins for me also , the only one makin $ there is e-bay, ya should consider building ya very own on line store or web page ;0 but good luck, visability is the best promotion
The link on etsy got an “it” attached to the end and doesn’t work to click. Does work if clicked then the last part erased in the URL at top of page.
Good looking site.

It depends on what you are selling. To be successful:
-it has to be something that’s more fun to buy than to make. It should be useful or fashionable.
-It needs to be something that people don’t think they would be able to make for themselves.
-It needs to be original and not made of parts that can be found in a craft store.
-It has to be better than anyone else’s.
I did best when I went with my own website, but I made sure that everything met the criteria in the list above. I started on Ebay so that I could use the feedback and testimonials to show that I am trustworthy.
.
In my opinion eBay has run it’s course basically. If you’re selling handmade items, right now your best bet is etsy. You can set up a store for yourself and it’s very simple to do.
Handcrafted items are very hard to sell on ebay..the market for the great majority of these items is minimal. I run a consignment biz, and I won’t even take handcrafted or handmade items for this reason..sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
Etsy is good ..try that site instead. But I still think overall, handcrafted items are challenging to sell online since you often need to see an item in person, to really appreciate the workmanship,
E-Bay is not really then best avenue for selling handmade items. Try Craig’s list or a local advertisement instead.
