Craft for Food

okay so i have recently gotten obsessed with Lux Addiction cell phone cases.
being the crafty person i am, i really want to make my own. but i of course need to find the materials. this is the one i want to model mine after:

so all the little charms:
-what are they called? like…. embellishments?
-what would i google search to find where to buy them?
-or where should i buy them? michaels? ac moores? just a normal craft store like that??
-any tips for making this case?
-has anyone found one of these types of charms online or have seen one?
-any links would help
