I love making arts and crafts and would like to teach an art class for kids from my home. ?

Would I need a business licence? It would just something fun for me to do on the side (i’m a stay at home mom).. and just for some of the local kids here and/or by word of mouth. Thank you ahead of time for your help.. I appreciate it very much ! have a great day !

I wouldn’t think you would need a business license for that, not absolutely sure.

Check your local laws and then talk with your insurance agent. If someone gets sick from eating the paste or cuts themselves, you want a backup for any medial or civil claims.

Have an area that can be accessed without your visitors going through the house to get to it or to the bathroom.
