Paper plates are a staple for crafts for kids. you can make almost anything on them. Also, there are things you can make out of toilet paper rolls, paper lunch bags, and so on. enchantedlearning.com is a good site where you can look up crafts.

Get them to do one big project then start out with smaller stuff, or vice versa, your choice. But anyway, get them to make a surfboard for instance out of paper, or you could use some of that foam stuff. I’m not sure what they call it, Lol! But, yea, just anything you can think of really. Use your imagination, you’ll be alright!

this was a favorite when i was a camp counselor. also, being in architecture, i led the kids on a walking tour of various places in a “town” and we then used all sized food boxes for them to make a town of their own, and they chose what buildings it needed.

i’m jealous! have a great time!
