i dont like to procrastinate so im trying to figure out what to make for christmas presents this year…?

i’m thirteen, making presents for six kids ages 1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 12 and also for about ten adults… for the kids i’d like to do different crafts but the adults i’ll do together, i like to sew and can if the project isnt too difficult the most i’ve done was a sweatshirt at school with the sewing teacher’s help and very detail instructions… im making pj pants at the moment… at school.

here’s what i’ve come up with so far;

one year old (girl); her mom is a hair dresser and loves to do a little pouf on her daughter everyday. so i want to make barettes, but i need one or two more things to go along with this…

2 year old (girl);
rocks painted to look like animals, tiger, cat, horse, (she’s learning animal sounds) and barettes for her also…

my mother (36)

memory board, cardboard with fabric stapled around it and pictures or me and my sister on it

12 year old boy:
i dont know what to make him but i want to be a little mischevious with him, im going to get a big box and a few smaller boxes… put them inside of each other and wrap them each with about ten layers of wrapping paper, then have something really small as a let down, work him up and think it’s going to be amazing when it’s not, i was thinking maybe putting a note in it that says gotcha!!! with a little homemade thing, preferably able to fit in the palm of your hand..

the five year old is a boy, he likes cars (the movie) thomas the train, trains, bulldozers, he’s a tyical boy…

the seven year old is very into video games… and i think he still likes spongebob, loves halo hes also a very typical boy

the eight year old is a girl and is my little sister, she’s obsessed with spongebob, likes to sing (though she makes my ears bleed) very artsy and creative, likes bugs, she’s kind of a tomboy, doesnt like to wear dresses or skirts except for on special occasions… she’s a total hypochondriac, loves to get attention by getting “hurt” so we got her a first aid kit for her birthday…

what should i make the all, i need adult presents too!!!

    You never have enough of scarfs in the winter, made out of fleece they are easy, and can be done in many different ways. Also there are tons of color available.

    I am so glad to hear that young people are still interested in and enjoy making crafts. Are you or have you seen the blank wooden door knob hangers? I have seen them in the craft stores. Anyway you can make this for the seven year old and older. Adults love them, you can put “DON’T ENTER MOM’S HAS A TIME OUT” Put flowers and other pretty things on it. Another one for mom is “KEEP OUT OF THE KITCHEN WHILE I BURN DINNER” For a sister or brother “KEEP OUT PRIVATE PROPERTY” You can get craft paint at Wal-mart for $.49. If you have enough money you could buy thethreee primary colors and white and black, this would give you plenty of colorchoosess.

    For the one year old, you can find patterns online (free!) for three seam booties. They’re Robeez knock-offs. You can decorate them the same way you decorate the barettes.

    For everyone else, pajama pants are great. Seriously, everyone loves them. You can buy Cars flannel for the 5 year old, Spongebob for the two who like him and High School Musical or whatever 12 year old boys are into.
