I don’t have much material for crafts for my sleepover! What can I build?
I have paper clips, some rubber bands, paper, markers, yarn, a little foam, and beads. I really want to make friendship bracelets, but I don’t have a lot of materials (as you can tell). My mom doesn’t have time to go to Michael’s and buy something, so I have to make do! I can have my friend bring some materials, but she’s already bringing a Gamecube and I don’t want to put all the burden on her. She has some string that I would like her to bring and she also has glue. What can I do?

make scrapbook pages to swap with your friends. have everyone bring a couple of pictures with them, or take some with a digital camera and print them out…. use paper, glue, markers, beads, etc to decorate the pages and let everyone take some home. also, you could braid the yarn and add some beads to make bracelets. you dont need to buy anything, i am sure you can find some buttons around the house, maybe some stickers and/or ribbon pieces from old hairbows or clothing, etc to use in the above mentioned ideas. you can be very creative with stuff found in any household (except for neat freaks)
Today I saw a cup/bottle carrier made by crocheting grocery bags. You should google crafts with plastic grocery bags to see what other ideas people have come up with…afterall the bags are free and you probably have tons of them at your house. Better yet, use your imagination and come up with your own idea.
